For contractors and engineering teams preparing a multi-zone air-conditioning package, reviewing a supplier proposal or considering an alternative equipment selection. A useful comparison needs more than total nominal capacity: room use, operating requirements and available design information all matter.
What we can prepare
- Review of proposed indoor and outdoor unit schedules.
- Configuration clarification against the available design and manufacturer documentation.
- Comparison of proposed equipment with the specified project scope.
- Technical quotation preparation and project-based equipment sourcing.
What to send with your inquiry
- Room layouts, intended use and available load calculations.
- Proposed unit schedules and preferred manufacturers or models.
- Available pipe routing, controls requirements and installation constraints.
- Project location, quantities and target delivery schedule.
How the work progresses
We review the proposed package, identify missing information and coordinate technical questions with your team and relevant suppliers. Once the equipment scope is agreed, procurement support can be included in the project quotation.
Final configuration depends on project inputs and applicable manufacturer requirements. On-site installation, refrigerant work, commissioning and maintenance are not provided by KARVIAX.
Frequently asked questions
Can you review a supplier’s VRF quotation?
Yes. Provide the quotation together with the specification and unit schedule so that the proposed scope can be compared with your requirements.
Do you supply every brand?
Availability is confirmed for each inquiry. State your preferred brand or model and whether equivalent alternatives may be considered.
Can you quote without drawings?
An initial discussion can start from an equipment list. Reliable configuration and pricing may require further project information; we will identify those gaps.
